About the job (A) Sales Manager (Logistic Industry - Port Klang)

Work Location: 15 & 17 (2nd Floor), Jalan Sungai Aur, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor.
Note: Office will be moving to Temasya Glenmarie, Shah Alam on 2nd Quarter of 2023.

- Strong focus on monitoring market trends to identify and develop new logistics and services business opportunities in Sea Freight, Air Freight, and other Total Logistics needs to support revenue growth.

- Responsible for reaching sales objectives for both import and export markets.

- Proactive in researching, gathering, and analyzing market data, understanding competitor actions and industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

- Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.

- Prepare and submit reports on overall business performance or activity.

- Lead, direct, and inspire the team to achieve corporate goals and objectives, including coaching, mentoring, and managing customer expectations.

- Develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably a diploma or degree holder majoring in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Studies.

- At least four (4) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
