PRODUCTION MANAGER (Vehicle provided)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for productivity improvement.
2. Ensure product reliability through engineering analysis of product defects and initiate, qualify, and implement product improvements to achieve zero product return.
3. Identify methods to improve the existing work process and flow to maximize the utilization of resources and achieve optimum efficiency.
4. Plan, organize, direct, and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules.
5. Manage efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization of man, machine, and materials in production.
6. Optimize the utilization of production materials and facilities for cost-effectiveness.
7. Lead the team to produce high-quality products on time and at a cost consistent with the Company’s objectives.
8. Work with relevant departments to eliminate production problems, effect improvements, and maintain a high-quality level while spearheading action plans.
9. Accountable for delivering quality output in a timely manner at the most competitive cost to the Company.
10. Prepare reports on production efficiency against budgeted targets.
11. Initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes to reduce process and production-related problems and delays.
12. Establish and maintain a standard of safety responsibilities for all staff and employees, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
13. Perform any other related duties as required by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or equivalent.
2. 5 years related experience in a Manufacturing line.
3. Excellent organization and time management skills.
4. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
5. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
6. Proficient in MS Office.
7. Outstanding communication ability.
8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
