About the job (A) Odoo Developer (Junior - Mid)

Job Purpose
The incumbent will work directly with the IT Project team and IT Management team, analyze the business requirements, translate them into development tasks, plan out delivery timelines, and the required resources. The Odoo developer will also support the ongoing production system, identify the root cause, and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Strong with Python programming.
• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement applications.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Support day-to-day BAU, as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; innovative and creative in developing solutions.
• Experience in version control such as SVN, GIT.
• Document applications for technical white papers, user guides, and operations guides.
• Knowledge of Jasper Report is an advantage.
• Knowledge of custom addons and experience in custom Odoo dashboards.
• Experience in implementing Odoo custom modules and Odoo migration is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant work experience.

Special Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or any relevant degree.
• Able to work on a shift basis.
