Title: Associate, Cyber Security Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Provide level 1 security activities monitoring from SOC and level 1 incident handling.
2. Monitor and secure clients' network infrastructure and mission-critical information through 24/7 security monitoring and surveillance.
3. Analyze potential cyber breaches, respond, and escalate security incidents to customers without violating the SLA.
4. Consolidate daily cyber threat intelligence for Vulnerability Threat Notification.
5. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers.
6. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
7. Communicate security and compliance issues to clients effectively and appropriately.
8. Stay updated on current cyber security trends and news.
9. Conduct monthly, weekly, or ad-hoc scanning for suspicious activities, applications, malware, and vulnerabilities.
