Basic monthly pay budget:
Lead Analyst: Max RM7.5K
Technical years of experience requirement:
Assistant Manager: at least 4 years in Workday L2 technical support.
Lead Analyst: at least 2-3 years in Workday L2 technical support.
The Workday Module should be either:
Workday Performance Management
Workday Reporting
Workday System Integration
Company to approach:
Companies who are Workday partners (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, DXC, IBM, Accenture, Samsung SDS, Mercer).
Not Suitable Profile:
Candidate with HRIS experience using different HCM platforms are not suitable. We only want Workday, not other HCM platforms like SAP, Omni HR, Oracle, etc.
Candidate is not HR operations who process letters of offer, data updates, or business analysts or payroll processors. We want candidates who are Workday L2 technical support, IT technical folks.
Role Objective:
Assist Manager in team executions.
Ensure team timely and quality deliverables.
Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and aligned with regional solution architecture team.
Have a good understanding of Workday application.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring CRs/Project are delivered on time.
Work closely with Group Solution Architectures for system design solutions.
Proactive in monitoring team performance.
Drive new or enhanced features to improve customer experience in using cloud solutions.
Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the HRIT SOPs including alignment of deliverables to business processes.
Manage all communication channels with HRIT vendors on escalation and P1 (Critical) incidents.
Assist Manager in resource planning for regional project activities where necessary.
Equip the team with the right skill sets and mindset to achieve higher level of People Engagement.
Identify the right processes in aligning current SOP with other business partners' operations for seamless collaboration to minimize unnecessary downtime.
Liaise with necessary colleagues outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
Escalate and work with HRIT customer support team for any HRIT issues.
Job Requirements:
University/College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in implementing Workday Integration with third parties (e.g., EIB, Web Service, Core Connector, Picof, PECI).
Possess knowledge of Workday Module and Payroll data flow.
Relevant CoE experience and people management.
Experience in implementing Workday Reporting/Prism module will be an advantage.
Self-starter, proactive, resourceful, and good leadership.
SLA familiarity and performance-driven work culture.
Solid communication skills both verbal and written.
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Practical experience with HR processes and practices.
