Job Description

1. Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
2. Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed.
4. Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
5. Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a certificate or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven 3 to 5 years experience in a warehouse operations or inventory management role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry.
3. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
4. Strong knowledge of electronic components, handling standards, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
5. Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written communication.
