Job Description

1. Manage and further develop assigned existing and new customers across the entire product portfolio.
2. Acquire profitable new orders to achieve revenue and growth targets.
3. Develop and implement customer strategies (including requirements, products, locations, and activities).
4. Evaluate and coordinate new and change requests, including feasibility assessments through to end-of-life.
5. Prepare, align, negotiate, and finalize proposals and customer contracts, including terms and conditions (T&C).

Job Requirements

1. Technical education in Engineering, plastic injection molding with further qualifications or a completed degree will be advantages.
2. Additional training in business administration.
3. Experience in plastic injection molding and tooling fabrication.
4. Sales experience in automotive, electronics, medical, and consumer industries.
5. Proven sales success and several years of experience in global Key Account Management (KAM).
6. Knowledge of quality requirements and procedures in related industries for plastic molding.
7. Comprehensive market understanding and knowledge of the group's products and customers to effectively present and sell them.
8. Conceptual, analytical, and project management skills.
9. Advanced user skills in all common Microsoft applications, ERP systems (QAD).
10. Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken; additional languages Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.
11. Willingness to travel.
12. Possess own transport.
