Job Description

  1. Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
  2. Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
  3. Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  4. Process and record monthly invoices
  5. Prepare monthly payments
  6. Maintain proper accounting record and filing
  7. Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
  8. Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions
  9. Record and track team leave
  10. Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
  11. Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
  12. Provide administrative assistance to management
  13. Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required

Job Requirements

  1. Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
  2. Knowledge in GST is preferred
  3. Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
  4. Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  5. Good organizational and coordination skills
  6. Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
  7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  8. Able to work well under pressure
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
  10. Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional teamwork
  11. A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
