Job Description

• In charge of mechanical design of equipment.
• Prepare a solution that will meet or exceed the customer's specification.
• Handle and complete project modifications to meet customer requirements.
• Strictly execute project schedules and quality requirements.
• Detail design according to project requirements and standard sourcing.
• Initiate reports to the mechanical head & PM when project problems arise and project delays occur.
• Explain machine drawings, functions, and key points before assay.
• Assist the production department with assembly, debugging, installation, and after-sales services.
• Provide technical support to technicians.
• Assist in maintaining standards of the mechanical department.
• Involve in project management.
• Guide fresh/new engineers to handle projects and explain/lead them to explore mechanical knowledge.
• Become a leader of large projects and accompany other mechanical engineers to build machines according to customer requirements.
• Willing to travel overseas for project discussions & information collection.

Job Requirements

• Preferred skills: Inventor & AutoCAD Design Software.
• Familiarity with leak testing is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are preferred; experienced candidates with similar field knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Preferably Junior specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, with good temper control & communication skills to promote a harmonious working environment.
• Able to work in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
