Job Responsibilities

Process Design and Improvement:

1. Design and develop manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.
2. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
3. Perform feasibility studies for new process technologies and innovations.

Process Optimization:

1. Monitor and analyze process performance using various metrics and data analysis tools.
2. Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
3. Ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Testing and Validation:

1. Conduct experiments and trials to test new processes or changes to existing processes.
2. Validate and document new processes to ensure they meet required specifications.

Collaboration and Coordination:

1. Work closely with other engineering teams, operations, and quality control to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.
2. Communicate with production staff to ensure processes are followed correctly and provide training as necessary.
3. Collaborate with the R&D department to implement new materials or technologies into the manufacturing process.

Quality Control and Compliance:

1. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
2. Implement process control systems to maintain consistency and reliability in production.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

1. Have knowledge in IPC, ISO, Automotive and medical standards, QC tools.
2. At least 3 years working experience in EMS.
