Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully managing an inside sales team and delivering sales growth results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines
