Job Description:

1. Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met in terms of quality, efficiency, and timelines.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production workflows and capacity utilization.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
4. Lead process improvement initiatives, employing lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.
5. Manage equipment maintenance and upgrades to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
6. Supervise SMT production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
7. Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT lines, ensuring minimal downtime.
9. Implement and monitor quality control processes to achieve high standards of product quality and compliance with industry standards.
10. Facilitate root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions as necessary.
11. Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
12. Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
13. Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
14. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, specifically in PCBA or related industries.
3. Basic knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.
4. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
