Job Title: Procurement Executive (For Malaysians Only)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services as per production requirements.
2. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
3. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure material availability.
4. Maintain accurate procurement records and track purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
