Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
2. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to implement process improvements.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all process activities.
6. Conduct continuous monitoring of equipment performance and suggest upgrades or modifications as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong understanding of process design, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization methodologies.
5. Proficiency in CAD software and equipment design tools.
