Job Title: QA Engineer (For Malaysians Only)

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute quality control plans for new and existing products.
2. Conduct product testing and troubleshooting to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve quality-related issues.
4. Implement quality control processes, including statistical process control (SPC), to monitor and improve product performance.
5. Review technical design documents and specifications to ensure quality standards are incorporated.
6. Liaise with suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure that all incoming materials meet company specifications.
7. Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
4. Experience with ISO quality standards and auditing.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
