3D Visualizer (Interior & Architectural)

We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D renders and animations for architectural projects. The ideal candidate will use Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, or relevant software to produce realistic visualizations and animations that bring architectural designs to life. You will collaborate with the design team to ensure that the visuals align with project goals and deliver a polished final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renders and animations from architectural models.
• Experience in Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Twinmotion, or other similar software to produce realistic visualizations and animated walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure visuals meet project specifications.
• Apply advanced lighting, textures, and materials to enhance realism and visual appeal.
• Prepare and optimize renders and animations for presentations, marketing, and client review.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the entire visualization and animation process.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, or similar 3D visualization and animation software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and animation principles in 3D rendering.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, photorealistic renders and animations.
• Knowledge of camera work, timing, and motion for animated sequences.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on visual quality and realism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Corona).
• Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of real-time rendering or interactive VR/AR experiences.
