Job Title: 3D Interior Designer

Location: Melaka & KL (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Urban Acasa is looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Architect/Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in architectural and interior design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools like V-Ray, Endscape or Lumion. You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D designs, renders, technical drawings, and also supervising site execution to ensure design accuracy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop 3D models, renders, and detailed technical drawings for architecture and interior design projects.
2. Collaborate with the design team to create innovative, functional designs.
3. Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
4. Supervise and coordinate with client, contractors and site workers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.
6. Ensure designs meet building codes, standards, and project timelines.
7. Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D architecture and interior design.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Endscape etc.).
4. Strong understanding of construction and site management.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
