Position Summary:
The position of 3D & Graphic Designer: Event/ Mall Décor plays a critical role in design conceptualization and development, delivering high-quality, innovative designs for events, mall decorations, and signage. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in 3D and graphic design and proficiency in tools like Lumion, 3Ds Max, and/ or SketchUp. We also welcome fresh candidates who demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented attitude, a commitment to quality, and a can-do spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and transform creative concepts into tangible 3D designs that bring events, mall decorations, and signage to life.
2. Collaborate with the team to bring design ideas to life.
3. Serve as the creative mastermind, developing compelling concepts into detailed, artisanal 3D designs aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines.
4. Ability to internalize project brief and brand tonality into final output, and ensure effective creative conceptualization and high proposal success rate.
5. Exhibit resilience and a passionate commitment to delivering creative excellence, quality execution, and on-time delivery throughout creative management, even under challenging circumstances.
6. Demonstrating strong teamwork in cross-functional collaboration.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective deadline management.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or professional certification in 3D design, graphic design, or related fields.
2. Experienced candidates are welcome while fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, & Adobe Photoshop.
4. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
5. Skills in video editing, social reels creation and on-site photography are valuable additions.
