Job Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D characters, backgrounds, props, UI elements, effects and animations in different styles.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver assets that meet artistic and technical standards.
• Create storyboards and animatics to visualize scenes and environments.
• Use industry-standard software such as Blender 3D, 3ds Max, Zbrush, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Implement feedback and suggestions to refine and improve 3D assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D art and animation.
• Troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise during the production process using 3D tools.
• Produce 3D assets based on concept sheets or innovate from other references.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong artistic skills and creativity, with 1-3 years of experience with game art production pipelines and workflows.
• Good proficiency in 3D software like Blender, 3ds Max, and Zbrush, as well as Photoshop.
• Able to sketch; photo editing and painting is a plus.
• Skillful in VFX and simulation is a plus.
• Experience working in a game engine.
• Good understanding of technical constraints and optimization.
• Skillful in all aspects of 3D, such as Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, Lighting, and Rendering.
• Self-motivated, able to work well under minimal supervision and guidance.
• Willing to learn new techniques and software for the needs of the projects.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken form.
• Good teamwork skills and able to work well with other team members.
• Good problem-solving abilities and able to identify and learn new techniques or methods to solve incoming issues.
• Good time management and understanding of task priority.
• Good work ethics and attitude towards work expectations, requirements, feedback, and suggestions.
• Responsible for producing deliverable assets and meeting job requirements to ensure timely completion.
