3D Designer

Job Responsibility

The 3D Designer is responsible for developing and executing exhibition, event, and festive designs from conceptualization to production. This role involves working on spatial concepts, material research, and detailed design specifications to create immersive brand experiences. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from ideation to final execution.

1. Develop and execute exhibition, event, and festive design concepts from initial idea to production.
2. Create 3D visuals, space planning, and sketches with attention to detail and functionality.
3. Research and select appropriate materials, textures, and finishes to enhance designs.
4. Ensure all designs align with brand expectations and creative direction approved by the client.
5. Manage end-to-end design processes, from concept to final execution.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
7. Continuously refine designs based on client feedback and on-site execution requirements.
8. Provide detailed technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production.
9. Oversee the installation and execution of designs at event or exhibition venues.
10. Ensure the final product aligns with the approved creative direction and quality standards.
11. Troubleshoot any design or structural issues that arise during setup.
12. Plan and design event interiors according to project requirements.
13. Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Architecture, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in festive, event, or exhibition design.
3. Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
4. Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Experience in exhibitions, events, festive decorations, and branding projects.
6. Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and spatial design principles.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
8. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
9. Strives to constantly go Above & Beyond in delivering quality work.
10. Office-based with occasional on-site visits for execution.
11. Fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines.
12. May require working beyond regular hours during peak seasons.
13. Language Proficiency: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English.
