3D Designer Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the project's drawings from design conception, progress to completion.
- Proficient in 3D M&E and technical drawings, responsible for creative layout/floor plans, accurate M&E technical drawings, elevations, detail drawings, etc.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, Vray, or other similar for 3D drafting.
- Conduct quality checks on finished drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- On-site learning and hands-on technical experience.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of interior design work experience.
- Proficient in using related design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop, etc.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team for effective communication and conveying ideas.
- Strong management and organizational skills to handle project deadlines.
