Job Overview:
Nsty Worldwide Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning 3D assets, animations, and designs for various projects. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life and contribute to a wide range of projects from digital marketing to product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for use in digital media, marketing materials, and product visuals.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing 3D content.
• Optimize 3D models and assets for efficient performance across various platforms and media.
• Assist in creating visual storyboards and mood boards for project planning and client presentations.
• Stay updated on the latest 3D design software, techniques, and industry trends to enhance the quality of work.
• Ensure all 3D assets and projects meet technical and aesthetic standards within the project scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and management to ensure alignment of project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong understanding of texture, lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with post-production tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to work creatively within project constraints.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the digital marketing or product design industries.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and automation tools for 3D software.
