3D Animator

Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality 3D character animations that align with project concepts and storylines.
2. Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth integration of animations into the production pipeline.
3. Utilize a range of animation techniques, including keyframe animation and motion capture, tailored to the requirements of each project.
4. Adapt to different animation styles, from stylized to realistic, based on project needs.
5. Ensure animations uphold studio standards and enhance storytelling through expressive motion, good timing, and compelling character acting.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a 3D Animator in a production environment, with a portfolio that showcases strong character animation and storytelling skills.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Autodesk Maya or Blender.
3. A strong understanding of animation principles, body mechanics, timing, and acting.
4. Experience with motion capture workflows is a plus.
5. Ability to collaborate within a team environment and adapt to feedback constructively.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
