Position Overview

Our mobile team is looking for a Live Artist to bring their creative visual sense to the EA Sports Mobile Team! The Live Artist will report directly to the Art Lead in FC Mobile located in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

1. You will create art assets (in-game brandings, packs, cards, tiles, banners) for live programs and events.
2. You will deliver high-quality and optimized 2D UI assets.
3. You will estimate work while making smart trade-offs between quality and pace.
4. You will design and implement an aesthetically beautiful user experience.
5. You will create mock-ups and motion graphic animatics, following a given style direction while iterating based on feedback.
6. You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure EA branded games are of high quality.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Three or more years of professional game design experience.
2. Excellent conceptual, illustration, and graphic design skills.
3. Understanding of image, color, and text layout for image placement.
4. Understanding of flow, composition, and design as they relate to user experience.
5. Ability to learn in-house UI development tools.
6. Adaptability and effectiveness in a dynamic and Agile environment.
7. Efficient and speedy work practices for quick turnaround time under deadline pressure.
8. Experience with Adobe Products, with a strong understanding of Illustrator and After Effects.
9. Ability to build animations from conception and collaboration.
10. Experience with Unity3D.
