Ambank Group is looking for a Personal Banker to assist our customers in managing their bank accounts and finances. This sales personnel is responsible for delivering sales targets for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust, and lending products by building long-term relationships with clients and cross-selling our products and services. Job Responsibilities:
Deliver sales targets for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust, and lending products
Identify customer needs and provide financial solutions accordingly
Attend to customer inquiries regarding branch products and services
Execute sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines, and regulations
Build and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
Plan sales activities with the Branch Manager
Ensure compliance with Ambank's policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
