Your Team Responsibilities

The Supplier Sustainability team is responsible for data collection and engagement activities related to our suppliers' environmental initiatives, including the calculation of MSCI's supply chain carbon emissions. The team also manages the operations around the Supplier Code of Conduct.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze spend data
  • Support with carbon emissions calculations activities
  • Support with supplier sustainability data collection & analysis
  • Support with supplier engagement activities
  • Support internal and external reporting
  • Provide trainings to internal stakeholders to support continuous education around supplier sustainability
  • Support with Supplier Code of Conduct related activities

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • A self-starter and highly motivated, ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are required.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
  • Desired Qualifications: Degree in Administration, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, Procurement/Sourcing or similar.
