Senior Sales Associate - EB

Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be working as part of our sales team in order to provide a pleasant shopping experience for our customers, maintain a positive workplace environment, and achieve our organizational goals.
Responsibilities

1. Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
2. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
3. Advises customers by providing information on products.
4. Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
5. Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
6. Processes payments and handles cash, store credit, or other credit card transactions.
7. Summarizes the end-of-day report total sales, payment methods (cash, credit, checks), refunds, and discounts and reconciles the cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are accurately accounted for and discrepancies are noted.
8. Keeps clients informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Maintains a tidy and clean shop environment and ensures effective merchandising.

1. Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma.
2. At least 3-4 years experience in a relevant role.
3. Excellent selling skills.
4. Good product knowledge.
5. Great customer service.
