Job Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative cloud-based retail management solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
•Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients in the retail sector.
•Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase Nard POS solutions.
•Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
•Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
•Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive upselling opportunities.
•Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
•Strong understanding of retail management systems or POS solutions is a plus.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•Valid Kuwaiti driving license and access to a personal car.
•Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
