• Design marketing initiatives that balance supply and demand in a two-sided marketplace.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to ensure alignment and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to create strategic plans that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Innovate and optimize marketing channels, using data-driven insights to refine and scale our marketing approach.

Job Requirements
