The Liberal Arts Department (LAD) at AUM strives to prepare students for the challenges of the ever-changing global community by cultivating enduring skills for lifelong achievement through an emphasis on creative thinking and effective communication, accompanied with cultural awareness that a liberal arts education provides.

The Liberal Arts Department (LAD) at AUM is currently recruiting full-time faculty members with Master’s or PhD in the following majors:

1. English Language and Literature
2. Speech and Communication
3. History
4. Physical Education
5. Psychology
6. Sociology
7. Fine Arts: Music/ Arts/ Photography/ Theatre/ Fashion Design
8. Self-Development

Job Requirements

1. A Master’s or PhD from an internationally accredited university.
2. A solid commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate level.
3. Prepare teaching materials, maintain and improve competence in subjects being taught.
4. Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced environment is essential.
5. Demonstrable skills in oral and written English.
6. Industry experience is a plus for this position.
