Alshaya, one of the world's largest retail brand franchisees, is growing at pace and has a multi-million international customer base. This growth requires a team of highly committed CRM digital specialists. Integrating brand offers and customer incentives into a loyalty scheme to drive sales and build customer retention is a primary goal. Delivering world-class insight into an ever-changing and highly demanding customer will discern the winners of tomorrow's retail market. Alshaya intends to lead in that innovation and is seeking the right talent to be a part of that success. We are currently looking for a number of Digital Marketing Managers to join our newly formed team. Successful candidates will manage the company's marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social, and mobile) for a defined group of brands; supporting the achievement of their business goals.

Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution, results delivery, and reporting. Delivering best-in-class customer engagement and a healthy return on investment.
  2. Leveraging strong management skills to regulate content production, research, analysis as well as delivering an outstanding online customer experience.
  3. Translating marketing plans into online activities and building engagement with consumers, both existing and potential.
  4. Feeding back campaign effectiveness to the Digital Marketing Director to help build continuous improvement.
  5. Responsible for delivering the online KPIs for building brand loyalty and awareness, as well as delivering commercial sales benefits to the in-store tills and e-commerce sites.
  6. An active participant in the Division's P+L.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Expert understanding of all digital platforms and their best practice utilization with 3-5 years' industry experience managing digital campaigns across social media channels.
  2. Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
  3. Experience managing international brands with demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple brands and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
  5. Strong project management, budget management, and organizational skills.
  6. Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
  7. Good technical understanding - an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
