Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat
2. Manage and resolve customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience
3. Document interactions and feedback to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices

Requirements

1. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
5. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
6. Enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional service
7. Proficiency in using customer support technologies is a plus
