Requirements

1. Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
6. Interest in the services industry is advantageous.
