WB Change and Business Support

The Role: (i) will provide execution support on WB projects and initiatives (project steering, ensuring data quality and maintenance) and (ii) support WB COO with operational tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Support WB Change with ad-hoc activities (business initiatives, data collection, data registration, data quality checks, data remediations).
• Contribute to the implementation of WB Projects / Change initiatives (both global or local) managed by WB Front Office or WB COO Domain, and support in operational tasks related to these projects/change initiatives.
• Act as the point of contact for WB COO on operational matters (manage procurement requests, manage issues about asset ownership).
• Prepare meetings and presentations for WB Front Office and WB COO.

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or University Degree.
• 3 years’ experience with WB-Corporate Banking / business support / back-office activities in a complex and international environment.
• Proven experience in dealing with project management, business planning, data quality and maintenance topics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
