Posizione:
As a Warehouse Operator you will join the Production and Supply Chain department and you will report to the Chief Production Officer.
Tasks and Duties:
- Planning and organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of warehoused goods;
- Sorting and placing materials or items on to storage area and shelves;
- Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule;
- Completing shipments by processing and loading delivery notes;
- Preparing delivery notes by processing requests and supply orders through a computer ERP - SAP; Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure safety, quality and environmental objectives are met;
- Performing warehouse inventory controls through a computer ERP – SAP.
Requisiti:
Requirements:
- Chartered account qualification or similar;
- 2/3 years’ experience in administrative/finance/warehouse department;
- License for handling equipments;
- Knowledge of financial debt cycle and supply chain management;
- Experienced with specific software: SAP or similar, all Office packages;
- Good communication skills both in English and Italian.
