About the role

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring that every process is optimized, and every team member is motivated. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our warehouse team and collaborate with other departments to ensure that business needs are met in a timely and (cost) effective manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocks.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and quality regulations.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and logistics flows.
• Train and develop warehouse personnel to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance and operations.
• Develop and implement Warehouse Management Systems to streamline operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in warehouse management or similar roles.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to perform and keep focus under pressure.
• Familiar with warehouse management software & technologies and equipment.
• High school diploma required; a degree is a plus.
• Valid forklift license.
