Role Overview
Ensure the receipt, storage, and shipment of products and maintain traceability of incoming and outgoing goods to/from Verona site to customers and distributors so that they are delivered on time and in accordance with their request. Additionally assists with ordering, customs clearance and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Receive the goods and proceed to visual control of the parcel, the identification of the products in order to discover any abnormalities as soon as possible, count them and establish if shipment is correct in order to have a record in the system in line with the delivery.
Ensure the entries in stock, the storage of materials in dedicated locations and enter shipment vouchers in order to have the products identified in internal systems in the right physical location for quick identification.
Package products for shipping in order to get a delivery to the recipient in good conditions.
Validate shipping documentation in order to fill in the system of the transaction.
Choose shipping method, prepare it and follow up in order to have a good match between the carrier and the transported product, its destination, the time and the price.
The role holder will receive equipment to be serviced and will process service calls in internal system, then will package and ship repaired equipment back to customers.
On a daily basis, receipt goods in MFG and process invoices.
Process US payable invoices in MFG.
Maintain a clean workplace at all times and clear out the rubbish.

It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
Experience as a storekeeper and background in finance tasks, computer use is essential.
Previous use of management systems software and experience of administrative duties specifically inputting data is essential.
Good knowledge of products workflow from receipt to shipping.
Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative.
OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Successful completion of Spacelabs training required (including training done at Company location).
Fluency in English language.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Use of computer: 70%.
Travel: none.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
