You and the role:

• We are looking for passionate, driven, and hands-on hospitality leaders who are eager to make an impact in a high-energy, fast-growing restaurant group. As part of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience, leading dynamic teams, and driving operational excellence in high-volume, full à la carte restaurants.
• Bar Manager – Oversee bar operations, manage stock, develop cocktail menus, and lead a team of 10+ bartenders.
• Assistant General Manager – Support restaurant operations, coach FOH teams, and ensure smooth service for 400+ guests.
• General Manager – Take full ownership of a restaurant, lead a team of 20-40, and drive financial & operational success.

Working conditions:

• Best on the market salary of 3500-4500 euro monthly + tips.
• Average of 40 hours a week.
