Video Editor For Instagram Intership

We’re looking for a video-editor passionate about fashion, communication, and innovation to help us scale our Instagram account and reach 150,000 followers in just 3 months. As a Video-Editor, you will play a key role in the creation of video content in the format of Instagram reels that captures attention, engages, and drives sales.

How will you be participating?

1. Adapt the video editing process to ensure the regular publication of 1 Reels video per day, which will be liked by the target audience, engaging, and perceived that we know their needs. As the first stage, this will allow us to achieve a goal of 30 published videos per month. Once we consistently reach this target, we will move to the next level and publish 2 videos per day to scale production to 100 videos per month.
2. Prioritize videos with low production costs, especially in the initial stages. Gradually increase the complexity of editing over time, focusing on creating content that aligns with audience demand and drives engagement.
3. Set the process for creating an AI avatar to generate content using neural networks and use content for video editing in different formats.
4. Analyze the visual communication strategies of competitors and participate in the selection of visual approaches for each rubric. This will gradually help shape our own editorial policy. Video editing should be bright and attention-catching to overcome banner blindness and keep the audience engaged.
5. Participate in the content creation stage by identifying which video edits can be prioritized. Help to define the exact time for each slot in the scenario to develop content according to the video duration and proceed to video editing.
