General Information

Duration: 6 months
Commitment: Full-time, 5 days per week, 35 hours weekly (10:00 - 17:00)
Location: Via Casilina 3T, Rome, Italy
Mode: On-site only

Description:
We offer a creative traineeship focused on video creation and editing. The selected candidate manages the full video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and delivering final content using available tools. This role suits individuals who are resourceful and capable of producing engaging video content independently. The trainee contributes to the visual storytelling of our projects, ensuring the content aligns with the project's objectives and engages the target audience.

Candidates' Ideal Profile:

Educational Background:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring good quality visuals and sound.
• Basic skills in editing and creating simple animations or graphics to enhance videos.
• Familiarity with video production techniques and tools is a plus.

Learning and Development:

• Strong interest in video production and editing, with a focus on using creative solutions to produce high-quality content.
• Ability to independently manage video projects from start to finish.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborates with team members to understand project goals and develop creative ideas for video content.
• Communicates effectively to ensure alignment on project objectives and video concepts.

Daily Tasks:

• Plans, films, and edits video content for various projects, ensuring it meets the project's objectives.
• Develops storyboards and concepts for video projects, guiding the production process.
• Enhances videos through editing, including adding sound, visuals, and simple animations.
• Documents the video production process and provides feedback for improvement on future projects.

Additional Information:
This traineeship offers the opportunity to lead video production efforts, focusing on creativity and effective storytelling. The candidate manages the full production process, from concept to final product, gaining hands-on experience in producing visual content that supports the project's goals.
