DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF E-COMMERCE STRATEGY

Develop detailed E-commerce business plans tailored for key digital partners by analyzing market data, shopper behavior, and emerging trends.

Define and implement strategic initiatives to align with brand positioning and achieve business objectives in the online channel.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE BRAND'S DIGITAL PRESENCE

Analyze and monitor Red Bull's performance across retailer platforms using KPIs to assess and improve the brand's online effectiveness.

Drive the Perfect Online Store Analysis, ensuring that online execution basics such as product display, content accuracy, and search visibility meet best-in-class standards, leveraging KPIs to monitor improvements.

E-COMMERCE AND OMNICHANNEL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Plan, execute, and evaluate digital trade marketing campaigns across retailer websites and apps, coordinating with media agencies to promote new product launches and sustain sales of existing products.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, track sales activities, and monitor account performance.

Align online campaigns with offline initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective omnichannel execution strategy. Track sales conversion rates and other cross-channel KPIs to ensure the success of omnichannel strategies.

Leverage campaign results to provide actionable insights for future activations, focusing on optimizing KPIs.

DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

Monitor E-commerce sales performance and create comprehensive reports to guide investment strategies and performance improvements.

Conduct deep analyses of online campaigns to assess their impact and identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and reach, using KPIs.

Provide actionable recommendations based on market trends and shopper behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies, ensuring KPIs are aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred Master’s degree) in business, economics, marketing, or related fields.

Proven experience in E-commerce, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Experience in Online Category Management and Trade Marketing.

Good analytical capabilities, with expertise in using KPIs and data-driven strategies to optimize commercial initiatives and digital campaigns.

Advanced Excel Proficiency.

Fluent in English.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset.

Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude.
