Position Overview

Are you a passionate and driven designer ready to shape innovative digital experiences? We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer with up to two years of professional design experience. In this role, you’ll harness your creativity and user-centered design skills to collaborate with diverse teams, delivering cutting-edge, visually engaging, and highly functional digital solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
3. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
4. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

1. Up to two years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
2. Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
5. Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
