We are looking for a Treasury Specialist, ready to take on the challenge within the Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on such a responsibility, then we want you!

Mission:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager of QSRP based in Antwerp, you will ensure the efficient and secure management of the company’s bank accounts, maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations. Manage daily bank operations, reconcile accounts, and monitor the company's financial position, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolution of discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the efficient management of the company’s bank accounts.
2. Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers.
3. Book daily bank operations (collections & payments).
4. Reconcile bank statements against the GL and clearing accounts assigned.
5. Ensure tax regulations are in compliance with established standards and that the financial position of the company is well calculated daily.
6. Check and verify cash transactions; investigate and propose possible resolutions for any discrepancies.
7. Responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report.
8. Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism.
9. Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Main Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration is well appreciated.
2. Maximum 5 years of experience with accounting principles, bookkeeping concepts.
3. Solid experience with cashflow (at least 5 years).
4. Reconciliations experience.
5. Experience with Financial reporting.
6. Good Knowledge of SAP.
7. Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of French is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Excel.
9. Ability to work independently and proactively.
10. Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
11. Able to embrace new challenges in a fast-changing environment.
12. Good communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures.
