Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Telemetry 4SE

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• KY or Compact license required
• 2 years overall experience required
• Travel experience required (1 year)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC Experience Required

Other Details:

• Locals are accepted (radius: 75 miles)
• START DATE: 1/31 (remote) with first in-person day on 2/3
• Nurses are required to work every 3rd weekend
• COVID (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) and Flu required
• Tattoos/piercings – no nose rings or gauged earrings
• Nails – should be less than 1/4″ in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable
• Cafeteria – no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site
• Parking – free in any unrestricted space
• Scrubs/Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos on them. This is strictly enforced here.
