Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• SC or Compact License
• 2 Years Experience
• Skills Required: Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Telemetry, Insulin, Rapid Response
• BLS
• ACLS, NIHSS preferred
• Epic experience
• Previous Charge Experience preferred

About the Position

Position/Specialty: MedSurg RN

Shift: 3x12s, Days 7a-7:30p

Ratios: 1:6-7, Staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios but if there is an unplanned absence that can't be covered the unit will flex to 1:7

Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend

On-call Requirement: Yes, prn low census

Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities

Years of Experience Required: Prefer experience, 2 years

License Required: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certifications Required: BLS

Certifications Preferred: ACLS, NIHSS

Special Requirements: Epic experience

Local Radius: 60 miles

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
