Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Labor & Delivery

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OR License
• Minimum of 2 years Required of Labor & Delivery/post partum/newborn experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• 1 year of Epic experience required
• Phillips fetal monitoring (AWHONN), and S.T.A.B.L.E
• IV insertion, tele interpretation, OB RNs work collaboratively in OR for C-Sections and follow mom/baby to recovery skills required

Labor and Delivery RN

Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements). Orientation held every other week: 12/9, 12/23, 1/6, 1/20 etc.

Shift: 3×12 nights 1900-0730

Years of Experience REQ: Minimum of 2 years Required of Labor & Delivery/post partum/newborn experience

Epic REQ? 1 yr required.

Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Phillips fetal monitoring (AWHONN), and S.T.A.B.L.E

Skills REQ: IV insertion, tele interpretation, OB RNs work collaboratively in OR for C-Sections and follow mom/baby to recovery.

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, to medical and emergency as Helping Hands/resource/sitter. No patient assignment.

Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Near term deliveries-vaginal and C-section 36 weeks and greater. NST’s done in unit.

Common Equipment: 3 beds, small unit.
