In thisTransport Manager role you will

1. Responsible for the Planned Transport department following Tech, Retail and FMCG sectors;
2. Support the Head of Operations Transport in the management, organization, and optimization of transport;
3. Manage and monitor the fleet of sub-carriers in distribution throughout the national territory;
4. Be the operational contact and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external);
5. Responsible for the implementation of new projects in terms of flow implementation, startup, and monitoring;
6. Directly manage the P&L of the assigned area;
7. Ensure the deployment of robust standard operating procedures and credible data management processes;
8. Manage a team.

What we need from you:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
2. Consolidated work experience in similar roles within the logistics industry (5-7 years);
3. Fluent in English;
4. Strong leadership attitude and experience in managing people;
