We are looking for Transport Business Analyst in Borgo San Giovanni, who will be responsible for the analysis of the process and the whole business for the planned transport business unit.

In this Transport Business Analyst role you will:

1. Monitor program progress and contribute to progress reports;
2. Support team members in acquiring lean methods and tools;
3. Analyze and evaluate critical issues in transportation processes;
4. Contribute to the design and execution phase of continuous improvement projects;
5. Present cost reduction proposals by analyzing production costs;
6. Lead improvement projects by involving relevant departments and supporting implementation;
7. Work closely with management to ensure consistency in approach and methodology;
8. Analyze, design, and develop performant and quality reporting and dashboards in Power BI;
9. Propose innovative/improving solutions.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

1. Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in scientific areas or Master in Supply Chain;
2. At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team or in a similar role;
3. Minimum experience in complex data modeling;
4. Basic ability to design and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI;
5. Basic knowledge of programming languages: SQL, DAX;
6. Fluent in English.
