THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about training and making a real impact? We're looking for 8 experienced Change Management Trainers to deliver unique and high-energy training programs that boost essential skills and introduce new management systems. You'll be designing and delivering training that not only teaches the 'how' but also the 'why' behind new management systems and process-based skills.

Your goal? To engage diverse audiences in our 8 Italian plants and enhance their leadership and process skills. Each of the 8 Trainers will be assigned to a plant and will work with the dedicated O-I engineering team onsite. You will:

• Create and Deliver: Develop and present engaging training programs to improve management skills, leadership, and critical process skills.
• Connect the Dots: Link new systems and management principles to real-world opportunities for improving quality, availability, and profitability.
• Facilitate Fun: Lead interactive workshops and coaching sessions that captivate managers and employees.
• Measure Success: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Coach and Guide: Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and promote professional growth.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in management and process-based skills training.
• Experience delivering both technical and soft skills training.
• Proficiency in using training tools, LMS platforms, and e-learning software.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent English and Italian skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• You will be hired as a freelance/contractor by O-I for 17 weeks.
• You will work in one of the 8 Italian plants and the local O-I teams from May 5 to August 29, full time from Monday to Friday.
