Position SummaryWe are looking for trainees with an interest in M&A, bank finance, and capital markets transactions to join our Milan office. You shall have strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in financing transactions and cross-border M&A. You shall also be ambitious and passionate about work, ready for the challenges of working in a global law firm, service-minded with strong interpersonal skills, and able to work in a team.
Trainees will work with all the Milan partners and with teams based in other offices. Our Milan office offers the unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions through an 18-month rotation program during which you will work in the main legal areas of our office: Capital Markets, Banking, and Corporate.

Duties and AccountabilitiesYou will help structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of corporate transactions (share/asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, subscription agreements, joint ventures); you will advise founders, companies, and boards of directors on a wide range of corporate matters.
